Before working under my real name I created content part time under Wondering English Rose. This was my original blog name and the brand was created for likeminded people like me, with a passion for travel, seekers of magic who look for a bit of creativity in the everyday. Wondering English Rose was where this journey all began and parts of the original design still live on in my current branding.
THE BRIEF
I wanted to create an online space where I could share my love of travel, style and design, so my original name Wondering English Rose captured my personal brand well. I’ve always loved bohemian styling, soft and strong pastel colour palettes and hand crafted elements to give a hand made, personal feel. I wanted these elements to be reflective in all my branding assets as well as appeal to like minded women who read my travel posts and followed me on social. I also wanted my love of flowers to be included which is why the Rose part was chosen. I then went on to create hand drawn illustrations as well as use lots of flower imagery in my social media content.
